How does booking work?

Choose your route, vehicle and pickup time, enter your details and confirm. You receive an instant email confirmation with a booking reference, so there is no waiting for approval. Your transfer is guaranteed from that moment.

What does the price include?

The price you see is a fixed rate per vehicle, not per person. It covers tolls and taxes, with no hidden fees or surprise extras. The amount shown at checkout is exactly what you pay.

How can I pay?

You can pay securely by card online when you book, or pay the driver in cash on the day. Card payments are processed by Stripe and you receive a receipt by email. The price is the same either way.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

We monitor your flight using the flight number you provide, so your driver adjusts to the actual landing time automatically. Airport pickups include 60 minutes of free waiting after landing, plenty of time for passport control and luggage. There is no extra charge for normal delays.

Where do I meet my driver at the airport?

Your driver waits in the arrivals area, just outside the exit doors, holding a sign with your name. The exact meeting details and the driver's phone number are in the email you receive before pickup. If anything is unclear, you can call or message the driver directly.

Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?

Yes, cancellation and rescheduling are free up to 24 hours before pickup. Just use the manage booking link in your confirmation email. Within 24 hours of pickup, contact us and we will do our best to help, though refunds at that stage are at our discretion.

Do you provide child seats?

Yes, child seats for ages 0 to 4 are available free of charge. Simply request one when you book and the driver will have it installed before pickup. Let us know the child's age so we bring the right type of seat.

How much luggage can I bring?

The luggage allowance depends on the vehicle: a sedan takes 4 standard suitcases, a minivan 8 and a minibus 16. Small hand luggage does not normally count. If you travel with bulky items such as golf bags or a pram, mention it in the booking notes so we send a suitable vehicle.

How many passengers fit in each vehicle?

A sedan seats up to 4 passengers, a minivan up to 8 and a minibus up to 16. The VIP sedan carries up to 3 passengers in extra comfort. Choose your vehicle based on both passengers and luggage.

Will I know who my driver is before pickup?

Yes. Before pickup we email you the driver's name, contact details and vehicle information. On the day you also get a live tracking link, so you can watch your driver approaching in real time.

Can I book a round trip?

Yes, simply select a return trip when booking and choose your return date and time. Both legs are confirmed together under one booking reference. The driver picks you up at the agreed time and place for the return, and you can adjust it later via the manage booking link.

What if I cannot find my driver or need help?

First call or message your driver using the number in your pre-pickup email. If you still need help, our support team is available by phone and email, and all your trip details are in the manage booking link in your confirmation. We will never leave you stranded.
