1. The service

Easy Crete Transfer ("we") operates a booking platform connecting travellers with licensed, independent transfer operators in Crete, Greece. The transport contract is concluded between you and the operator performing your transfer; we act as a booking intermediary.

2. Bookings & prices

Prices shown are total prices per vehicle, including taxes and tolls. Your booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email with a booking reference. Special offers are limited in time and capacity.

3. Payment

You may pay online by card (processed by Stripe) or in cash to the driver. Online payments are charged in full at booking.

4. Cancellations & changes

You may cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup using the link in your confirmation email. Card payments for timely cancellations are refunded automatically. Within 24 hours of pickup, contact us directly; refunds are at our discretion.

5. Pickup & no-show

For airport pickups, the driver monitors your flight and waits up to 60 minutes after landing. For other pickups, the driver waits up to 15 minutes. After that, the booking may be treated as a no-show without refund.

6. Liability

Transport is performed by licensed independent operators carrying their own passenger liability insurance. Our liability as intermediary is limited to the booking value, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by Greek law. Consumer disputes may be submitted to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
