Easy Crete Transfer is the data controller for personal data processed through this website. Contact: see our company information.

2. What we collect & why

• Booking data (name, email, phone, pickup details, flight number): to perform your transfer contract. Shared with the operator assigned to your booking.
• Payment data: processed by Stripe; we never store card numbers.
• Deal alert subscriptions: your email, to notify you of offers on routes you chose. Every email contains an unsubscribe link.
• Reviews: your first name and rating, published after moderation.
• Technical logs: IP addresses and request logs for security, kept briefly.

3. Cookies

We use only functional cookies (session, language, cookie consent). We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Map tiles are loaded from OpenStreetMap and address search, where enabled, uses Google APIs — these providers may receive your IP address.

4. Retention

Booking and invoicing data is kept as long as Greek tax law requires. Deal alerts until you unsubscribe. You may request access, correction, deletion or portability of your data, and you may lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.
